The fact that Hayley had been through her own journey I felt like she had a better understanding. The fact that it wasn’t just someone talking to you, the programme asks you questions, you write things down on paper and I feel like writing something down sometimes makes it more powerful. Also the fact that you’re given things to go back to work on by the next session, think that makes a big difference because I believe that is as individuals have to make the first step and have to maintain making them steps to overcome the situation."

I get bad days every now and then but so does everyone. They come and go pretty quickly. It is a very relaxed environment and Hayley is both like a friend and a professional which makes you feel comfortable. I loved how in depth we talked about things for a long time and just feels good to get things off your chest. Hayley also has the ability to see things from different perspectives which gives you the ability to see things from a different outlook too. The booklet and self help cards are very useful and all the tasks helped change my mindset. At the time I didn’t like reading what I had written for tasks/homework out loud to Hayley but I can now see it was all to benefit and help me."
